Rose Quartz & Jade Facial Rollers – Your New BFF

Hi everyone!

I’m so excited to be writing this post today because I talk all about the trendy and infamous jade roller & rose quartz roller, which I have been wanting to try out for so long now!

What is a jade & rose quartz roller?

If you don’t know what these are, shame. Totally kidding!! These are supplementary beauty tools that are used to massage your face/neck area. This stone therapy has actually been around for thousands of years, as it is considered a healing element!

What is the difference between jade and rose quartz?

To keep things short and sweet, there isn’t too big of a difference in the two. However, the jade retains coolness longer & is balancing, where the rose quartz is calming & cell renewing.

How do I use these rollers?

The proper way to use these rollers are outlined in the below image –

I love using mine every night interchangeably after applying oil as my last step. Some of my fave oils are:

PC RESIST Moisture Renewal Oil Booster

SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier (H.A.)

The Ordinary Marula Oil & Squalane Oil

What are the benefits?

Improves circulation

Boosts immune system

Promotes lymphatic drainage

Minimizes dark circles & helps to de-puff – amazing in the AM!

Enhances skin elasticity

Better absorption of skincare/beauty products

The cold jade application closes pores

Any other tips?

Keep your jade roller in the fridge/freezer – Although the jade stone is naturally cold, using it at an even cooler temperature is soo refreshing!

Ensure to always give your rollers an alcohol spritz after each use to eliminate any bacteria. I also recommend a warm salt bath for your roller.

Make sure your roller is completely dry before storing.

Where to buy (genuine jade & rose quartz)?
